Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, products, warranties and customer service. If work in your home went badly, start with the provider and keep a written record.

We will confirm by email that your complaint arrived, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into it. That may include contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.
If our answer does not fix things, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also turn to your state attorney general, a state consumer protection office or the local Better Business Bureau. For a licensed contractor, your state contractor licensing board may be able to help.
