Our Role

Conductpotential Walk-In Tubs is a referral and marketing business. It links homeowners with independent providers of walk-in tubs, walk-in showers and tub-to-shower conversions. Conductpotential Walk-In Tubs does not sell, install or service any product. It is also not a party to any contract you sign with a provider.

Providers Stand on Their Own

The providers you meet through us are independent businesses. Each one alone is responsible for its estimates, prices, schedules, products, workmanship, warranties, licenses, insurance and conduct. Conductpotential Walk-In Tubs does not employ, direct or control them. We make no promise about their availability, timing, work or results.

Before you hire anyone, check their credentials. Ask for proof of insurance. Get a written estimate.

Conductpotential Walk-In Tubs or its licensors own the text and design of this site. Please do not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without permission.

The law sets the outer limit here. Within it, Conductpotential Walk-In Tubs is not liable for loss or harm that comes from your use of the site. That also covers any provider's products or services, and any deal between you and a provider. The site is offered "as is," with no warranties of any kind.
